Go and have a look at who has Imprégilo, or Impregìlo, there there are always the same ones, there are the Benettons, there’s Gavio, Ligresti, this lot would like to have nuclear power stations in Abruzzo! However the parties have no love for the citizens that interfere. The State is “Cosa Loro” {their thing}. The will of the people gives them urticaria. But the referendum cannot be avoided. It can however be boycotted. The Lega, in particular, do not want the Italians to give their decision. The election law sets out that the “reward to the majority” in the number of seats is attributed to the party with the greatest number of votes and no longer to the coalition. The PDL could win without Bossi. The Lega would be useless. More or less as now, but without the parliamentary seats.
How to get out of this situation? The “vaselinaro” Maroni is thinking of having the European elections on 14 June, the Sunday after the first round of voting for the local elections. The extra costs for the tax payers: 4/500 million Euro. At this moment with millions of unemployed that’s an absurd sum of money. However, the psycho dwarf seems to have found a solution. To put off the referendum to 21 June, the day of the local ballotage. To do that a legal decree is needed. In fact the law number 352 dated 1970 sets down that a referendum must be held between 15 April and 15 June. At the second round, the number of voters collapses, the required “quorum” for the referendum is not reached and there’s a saving on the costs of voting.
An immense, colossal joke. If the referendum for the new election law were to be held at the same time as the European elections on 6/7 June, as would happen in any democratic country, the “yes” vote would win, the “quorum” would be achieved. All the parties know that. That’s why it is to be held later. From the “porcata” law to the “porcata” referendum.
The institution of the referendum, together with the laws on the popular initiative should be abolished. Anyway it’s just a way of making fools of us, one of the many of this Government and this scarecrow Opposition. If we had to live in a dictatorship, well fascism was better than these TV and newspaper prostitutes. Better than these double-breasted scoundrels. Better to have Grandi, Bottai and Balbo to Gasparri, Cicchitto and Maroni. Fascism kicked out the mafias (or at least it had a good try). The mafias have made Italy into the caricature of fascism and with our referenda they clean their backsides. They will never give up (but is it in their interests?). Neither will we.

I talked to some of the young people in the chamber. The sensation that they got over to me was one of anger and discomfort. One of them said to me: “Once upon a time, they derided us with: 'Italia-spaghetti-mafia-mandolino', now it’s shorter, they just address us with: 'Italia-Berlusconi'. The damage to Italy’s image abroad was in the eyes of these young people of Brussels. None of those I met will come back unless things change, in politics, and the mummies that occupy the institutions.
They are worried about who will be elected to the European Parliament in June. To be badmouthed for what is happening in your own country is bad enough, but to be badmouthed where you are, is intolerable. The club of monsters, of the people under investigation, of the incapable, is about to lay anchor in Belgium. Mastella, Bassolino, Nino Strano who ate the mortadella in Parliament, Ms Zanicchi, even a 28 year old show girl. Poor young people, they are not left in peace even in Brussels. To meet up with “il ceppalonico” while you are strolling down the street or Bassolino, called “o' malamente”, near a rubbish bin will make them feel at home. The international newspapers take us for a ride. Our chief comic is the greatest clown-premier in Modern History.
In Brussels there have to be respectable people that we can be proud of. During my speech, I suggested two: Sonia Alfano and Luigi De Magistris. In Europe they can do a splendid job. Sonia Alfano can stop the contagion of mafia capital in Europe that seems to be unstoppable with the extension of the crime of mafia association to the countries of the European Community. Luigi De Magistris has all the knowledge to make sure that billions of Euro in European financing don’t land up in Italy straight into the hands of organised crime and colluding politicians.
Keep Brussels Clean. Vote for Clean People.

This limerick was recently discovered as a graffiti in one of the Templars' prisons under the Temple of Sholomon, presumably written in Provencal, Arabic and Hebrew/Aramaic by a well educated, battle-fatigued, sex-starved, Knight Templar (probably a 'barbuto ' in training ). All scholars tend to concurr about the provencal origins of the redactor, judging from the super-rhyming qualities of the verses which in the Arabic and Hebrew-renderings soar to lirical, musical excellence, while, halas loosing the rhyming. However, as the wise men all say
' Nothing and no one except Allah is perfect ',
' La', ila la', illaaa Alllaaah '-:

If women had also hairy balls,
and men the wherewithall,
we could then all have a merry ball,
festively in the Sheik's Hall,
with a joyfull game of balls,

It’s worth reminding ourselves about what is about to happen and what is happening now. One thing I’m certain about. Our offspring and their offspring will never forgive us.
+ 1: Melting of the Arctic – Disappearance of Kilimanjaro’s glaciers – Shrinking of the main glaciers from the Alps to Tibet – Start of the destruction of the Great Barrier Reef – Extinction of hundreds of species – Increase in the number and the intensity of hurricanes – Rise in sea level with numerous atolls being submerged, including the archipelago of Kiribati with 78,000 people.
+ 2: Reduction in the degree of alkalinity of the seas with the gradual destruction of plankton and of organisms whose shells are made of calcium carbonate (plankton is at the base of the food chain in the ocean) – A drop in the growth of plants in Europe by up to 30% - Melting of the glaciers in Greenland – Disappearance of the Polar Bear – Famine in India and Pakistan.
+ 3: Disappearance of the Amazon basin and the rain forests – Desertification of Australia – Super-hurricanes in North America – Permanent drought in the continent of India because of a change in the monsoons - Indo and Colorado dry out - New York and other coastal towns submerged by water – Development of epidemics in Africa.

These disasters could happen by 2100.
